1949 Hudson Commodore 8 Convertible,
this Hudson Commodore 8 is from 1949 and on of the last of a production
of a van total of 596 cars and only 20 known remain in poor original
condition. The car was purchased in New York in 1985 by Wm.D.
Albright of Vintage Coach Fontana California, who restored the
vehicle to its original condition.
The Commodore 8 was the top of the line for Hudson and sold for
the base price of $ 3041.00 in 1949. This car has many Hudson
Accesoires: Radio, heater, turn signals, front and rear bumper
guards, fog lights, script exhaust extentions , power windows,
power top, extra ashtray, overdrive transmission and wide whitewall
tires.
This Hudson was used in the 1990 Movie "The Two Jakes",Starring
Jack Nicholson. |
